We made a special Junmai sake for sugar additive free, using Nanbu Bijins special technology of all malt brewed Koji to get a flavor, with drinkable and fine tastes We are sure plum sakes fine and tender taste with rich flavor will pair well with any meal. Nanbu Bijin is the only brewery (patented production method) that makes this no sugar added
