This is an expensive bottle for sure

felt a little mainstream and shy -- not really showing much varietal character when poured

I would be inclined to continue to hold it for another 7 to 10 years first

Displays pungent aromas of dried cherry, blackcurrant, licorice and mocha, with a smoky nuance gaining strength with aeration. Taut and refreshingly bitter on entry, offering spice accented dark fruit flavors and a touch of dark chocolate.
