Vintage Siouxsie And The Banshees "Israel" Polydor Promotional Poster Button Up and Last Of The FamousSiouxsie And The Banshees, the British goth rock group, released the single "Israel" in 1980. The band wanted to release a Christmas song and so they wrote it while out on the road, ultimately recording it with Nigel Gray and releasing it in December of that year.
