This refreshing effort is really quite good for a villages level Chassagne and worth checking out
Opening in the glass with aromas of red berries
purity and overall texture
Louis Boillot, Gevrey Chambertin Vintage:2015 long and explosive finish(exclusively from old vines of an indeterminate age). An airy and relatively expressive nose combines notes of various red berries with Gevrey style earth and a sauvage hint. The supple, round and utterly delicious middle weight flavors possess a subtle hint of minerality on the sappy and mouth coating finish. This is a fine Gevrey villages that should drink well young if desired. (88 91) 2019+
