Ravines Cabernet Franc Riesling On the palateThis is one of our more extracted vintages with the Cabernet Franc showing a very deep color and a concentrated array of aromas. Impeccably balanced, this wine shows good acidity and soft tannins to accompany the rich palette of aromas. Together with the dominant varietal aromas of blackberry and plum, you find earthy elements, hints of pepper and cloves as well as violets.
