The glow in the dark fabric must be charged under bright lights for a hour or two before you go out (longer is better but the brightness of the light you use to charge is most important) and then will glow softly for a few hours in dark clubs or raves

We paint the steel boning to match the lace so its not as visible through the 20-30 gauge clear plastic
