It is not a complex Pauillac and the finish feels a tad staid
so it has sleeker contours than the other wines in the range
Domenico Clerico, Barolo Percristina other_regions_australia HedonisticThe 2000 Barolo Percristina has held up well. It shows considerable freshness in its dark red fruit, leather, licorice and sweet spices. The French oak remains very much present. It's hard to see the fruit lasting long enough for the oak to every truly integrate. Antonio Galloni
