4-Hole T Gusset Plate - Aluminum Deck Post Caps For use with both low-viscosity4 Hole T Gusset Plate Aluminum allow for connections at the joints of your strut channel frame that sit flush to the top of two channel lips meeting at a T. Gussets have greater surface area than traditional corner flat fittings. The corner plates use 9 16" punched holes. Aluminum doesnt rust but it does corrode. Aluminum is a reliable choice for outside structures and may be able to last in the elements for a few years.
