Martin Miller's 9 Moon Single Barrel Aged Gin blanco Barreled April 309 Moons gin is made in Borgarnes, Iceland by aging Martin Miller's high strength gin in new French oak casks for nine months. Barrel aging adds vanilla to the palate as well as citrus and a hint of oak to the finish. A Solera Vat process is used to age and blend batches for consistency and to create a complex and distinctive flavor. Before bottling, Icelandic spring water is added to proof down the gin to 80% which produces Martin Millers signature
