Lemon confit, white pepper, mint, sage and marzipan are all beautifully amplified. This potent, resonant Champagne packs quite the punch. As with many 2020s, there's a slightly vegetal character, but the wine has enough weight and overall fruit intensity to balance that out to some degree. Aging on cork likely helps with texture. Overall, this is nicely done. Dosage is 1. 5 grams per
