I believe this was made a good five years before the Moueixes took over the château next to Ausone previously known as Bélair

with ripe tannins that are beautifully woven into the wine’s medium-bodied yet generous frame

Finishes impressively long and bright

Otherwise there is very good energy to the sleek, delineated and even more mineral suffused flavors that possess an attractive muscularity before culminating in a solidly long if arguably not quite as complex finale. This too isnt super dense, but it is relatively fine and should age well on its balance.
