While not quite as elegant as the Chambolle, the natural refinement of Evocelles is very much on display with its cool, pure and equally airy aromas of red and blue pinot fruit, spice, tea and discreet earth nuances. There is a bit more volume and tension to the medium weight and strikingly welldelineated medium bodied flavors that possess an almost pungent minerality while delivering terrific length on the impeccably well
