This is a second label by Ployez Jacquemart and is 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier. Dosage is extra brut. A well balanced Champagne, with a vibrant backbone of acidity and a creamy mousse, this offers spice and tea rose accents to the crushed white cherry, toasty and candied lemon zest flavors. Clean cut finish. Disgorged October 2017. Drink now through 2020. 2,500 cases made, 475 cases imported.
