Palladino, Barolo Parafada Size:6x750ml spice and floral aromasThe Palladino 2021 Barolo Parafada is tightly knit at the start and requires a quick minute or two before revealing the many detailed nuances found on the bouquet. Redcurrant cedes to crushed rock, iron ore and lavender bud. This has finely polished tannins and a pleasantly light, almost weightless impact on the palate (despite that notoriously powerful Serralunga d'Alba DNA). This is a limited release of 3,876 bottles.
