This is an interesting wine at present as the nose is open yet the palate impression is compact and quite closed

I would further note that this is less austere than is typical for a young Corton and as such it could probably be approached after only 7 to 8 years

green apple and plenty of citrus influence

it's extroverted but precise

there's no fruit banality

There is a lovely sense of freshness and punch to the attractively textured medium bodied flavors that terminate in a driving and firm if mildly rustic finish.
