There is a slit at either side of the bottom that allows for movement

This is a vintage necklace featuring Venetian Wedding Cake lampwork beads

but I would think that it pre-dates 1930

Condition:  This mens vintage leather jacket is in very clean condition with minor wear to the paint on the snaps and some minor colour wear to the leather
