Maurice sources from the middle of the slope, where the original and most sought after vines are located. The extra sunlight allows the grapes to ripen a little more, add more tannin and structure, and age longer in the cellar. You can expect some fruity notes on the nose and palate, but the terroir is what makes the wine truly unique."
