Bouchard Père & Fils 'Clos de la Mousse' Beaune 1er Cru 2018 Size:Regular Scotland- Matured wholly in air-driedThe 2018 Beaune Clos de la Mousse 1er Cru comes from Bouchard's 3 hectare, clayey monopole that apparently never suffers drought. It has a high toned bouquet of blueberry and cassis aromas, forward and generous if not incredibly complex. The palate is medium bodied with supple tannins and quite voluminous in the mouth. The saline, hoisin tinged finish just requires a little more delineation. VINOUS Bouquet with fruit aromas mixed with light toasted
