Firm and ripe on the palate, with clear vegetal notes alongside candied fennel, and toasted nuts. Lots of body, moderate acidity, and an ethereal spice tinged finish. Very slightly cloudy, light gold. Quite deep and complex, yeasty, somewhat nutty, floral and yellow spicy aroma of mellow yellow fruits with fennel aromas, almonds and earthy mineral tones. Firmly
