Marquis Terme Vintage:2005 There is just enough wood

There is just enough wood present to warrant mentioning on the spicier and more deeply pitched nose of plum

Note that my rating assumes that the nose will clean up as the sulfur and wood are absorbed

minerally and bone dry finish that displays distinct citrus mineral nuances

The deep garnet colored 2009 Rubicon contains 3% Cabernet Franc and 1% Merlot

and a lemon-pith note bringing refreshment to the finish

Marquis Terme Vintage:2005 There is just enough woodFully mature, medium bodied, earthy, tobacco infused wine, with bright red fruits and cigar box notes. The wine offers soft textures and a light, fresh, earthy, red berry and leafy sensation in the finish. This is not a wine for long term aging.
