Epimedium lishihchenii Aroids was originally discovered by DrThis easy to grow species from China's Hubei Province is very rare in cultivation but similar in form to Epimedium franchetii. The 1' tall clumps of bold evergreen foliage are topped in mid spring with sprays of nice 1" wide, yellow, spider like flowers. Most clones have some bronze tinting in the spring foliage that adds to the garden interest.
