delicious and dense big-bodied flavors flash enormous power and drive that really builds from the mid-palate to the explosively long and sappy finish where the only nit is a hint of warmth

Here there is enough reduction to mask the nuances of the underlying fruit so I would suggest giving this some air first

A spicy and very Vosne-like nose freely offers up its aromas of black pinot fruit

Chanin, Bien Nacido Chardonnay other_regions_italy (91-94)/2033+The 2018 Chardonnay Bien Nacido Vineyard is fabulous. Bright, lifted and beautifully persistent, the Bien Nacido has so much going on. There is a sense of translucency I find absolutely compelling. Bright saline notes give the Bien Nacido energy, tension and drive. This is such a gorgeous wine. Antonio Galloni
