Hosta Lemon Meringue Lebanon (aka: Verbena canadensis 'Rosea'This amazing, but overlooked, hybrid boasts the unusual characteristics of large grey leaf characteristics of Hosta hypoleuca with the gold foliage that is usually seen in the Hosta 'Tokudama' hybrids. H. 'Lemon Meringue forms a 28" wide clump of large, thick, dusty yellow, corrugated leaves, topped in midsummer with 18" scapes of white flowers. You won't need a label to identify this one.
