It is in very good condition with no pronounced wear to the exterior - a scratch to the cape with a drip mark below the cat and a black line to the cape on the other side

The sweatband is gold stamped “Chelford Hat” with the a coat-of-arms

This is a very striking dress - beautiful fabric and gorgeous style

but I would think 1930s even with the lined ends
