Mucuna cyclocarpa is an amazing, deciduous vining legume from Southeast China. For us, it quickly covers a 30' fence in a couple of seasons, dying back each year to an underground tuber. The stems of Mucuna cyclocarpa are clothed in trifoliate pea like foliage, and in summer are adorned with large clusters of dark purple flowers that resemble ripe grapes. We
