Morrisonite, Rough Rock, per lb Polyhedroids and a quartz centerThis material was mined in the late 90s from the Jake's Place claim, originally called Big Hole One. Morrisonite, or Morrison Ranch Jasper, comes from eastern Oregon in a region near the Owyhee River. This famous jasper can have egg or 'Bruneau' patterning, but typically shows streamers or other brecciated patterns.
