The 4-6" long flower panicles of Buddleia 'Honeycomb' are a nice golden yellow and top the deer-resistant clump from mid-June until frost

The dark green leaves on this vigorous clumper are nicely covered with large silver speckles

and because of its density will smother other nearby plants

albeit slow growing specimen for the woodland garden

Hedychium Fiesta Coreopsis ostii) From China's GansuHedychium 'Fiesta' is an excellent Hedychium coccineum hybrid that we've grown since 1996. For us, it produces 6' tall stalks topped, starting in early July, with flower heads of fragrant dark orange flowers. As with most hedychium, soils with even moisture produce much better flowering.
