Vintage 70s Silk Square Scarf Hugh Garber Canadian Fashion black beaded please note the narrow shouldersThis is a vintage 70s era silk square scarf signed by Canadian fashion designer Hugh Garber. The scarf is signed in the lower right corner with Hugh Garber. Garber worked with Italian designer Patrick de Barentzen in Rome during the mid 60s, then with designer Roberto Capucci, before returning to Canada to work with Margo Dress in 1968. He remained with Margo until the mid 70s. This silk square scarf is made of twill silk and features an abstract
