Since then, it has developed into a much more powerful, dense Chardonnay. Its still very youthful, though, a wine of structure. Chardonnay of structure. Savory herbs, crushed flowers, menthol and spice are all front and center, while fruit is pushed into the background. Theres great depth here, and tons of class to boot.
