Their philosophy is to employ environmentally sound viticultural techniques
with hints of cinnamon and black pepper
It's distilled from 100% espadín agave which is cooked in a conical stone oven using mesquite and ocote (the indigenous name for "pine wood")
The individual malt and grain whiskies which make up the blend are initially aged in charred bourbon casks
