Ligularia japonica Frosted Flecks Evergreen Perennials (Plant Patent 10Ligularia 'Frosted Flecks' is a 2020 Plant Delights JLBG introduction of a seed strain we developed from a green leaved Ligularia japonica. Ligularia 'Frosted Flecks' has slightly smaller than normal leaves, speckled with silvery white blotches, making it look like someone spilt milk over the leaves a real oddity. In summer, the plants are topped with stalks of golden daisy like flowers. They're grrrrr eat!
