Pedro Méndez 'Tres Vellas' Single Vineyard Rías Baixas Albariño 2023 Size:Regular white peach and a fineTresvellas, which translates to three old ladies (vines) 100% Albario harvested from an average of 100 year old vines (2024) in the Salns Valleys Meao area. Its on flat surface of granite bedrock and topsoil at 10m, 50m, and 130m. Tresvellas is naturally fermented barrel fermented for 1 month at 22C max and aged on lees 10 months in old French oak without malolactic fermentation. It is filtered but not fined.
