Querciabella, Chianti Classico Brut Zero and full of interestThe Riserva is a blend of grapes from three vineyards, Ruffoli, Radda and Gaiole. Production is limited to 10,000 bottles, 'when we are lucky' the Riserva has so far only been produced in 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015. Pretty but subdued, delicate floral notes and a hint of lilac talcum powder are joined by some irony, mineral notes. The palate is smooth, harmonious and very well integrated, with fine, ripe tannins, a beautiful texture and good weight.
